Assessment of naphazoline effect on erythrocyte superoxide dismutase activity in rats under experimental modeling of acute radiation sickness

چکیده
Aim to assess the activity of superoxide dismutase in erythrocytes rats after a single intramuscular injection naphazoline radiofrequency dose and experimental simulation acute radiation sickness.
 Material methods. The (SOD) nafazoline modeling sickness was investigated. pharmacological properties mechanisms radioprotective action were clarified based on dynamics SOD intact irradiated animals with 7,4 Gy.
 Results. found increase significantly 60 min administration nafazolin at 5 mg/kg. Under conditions disease modeling, decrease observed within first hour exposure, evidencing direct involvement antioxidant system components inactivation free-radical reaction products.
 Conclusion. may be due not only reduction oxygen delivery cells radiosensitive tissues inhibition their metabolism by effect 2-adreno- imidazoline receptors, but also activation links.
